Hand of Mercy Ministry
Vision
That this ministry will be an arm of God used to help eliminate the high poverty rate of homelessness in our city and state. That we will do all in our power to help those He sends to us to provide for their immediate and long term needs as we are able. But most of all to lead them into a relationship with their Savior as we remain active in their lives.
The mission of Hand of Mercy Ministries is to provide food, and clothing.
We also will provide educational, medical, and employment assistance through referral to existing institutions in the community in the inner city of metropolitan Atlanta.
The target group we provide these services to are the indigent, especially the elderly, single parents, and homeless.
We believe in reaching the people's physical needs we will be trusted to provide for their spiritual needs as well, and bring them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
By so doing we answer the call of the Great Commission to "go therefore and make disciples of all Nations, Baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you and lo, I am with you always even to the end of the age". (Mathew 26:19-20)
